I’ll let you in on a little secret – we love ALL the Caribbean islands! But here are our top 5 Caribbean islands, and why they are favorites for us and so many of our lovely clients.
Top Caribbean Islands
Antigua
If scuba diving or snorkelling are your thing, then Antigua is the island for you. One of the Lesser Antilles, making up the nation of Antigua and Barbuda, the island of Antigua is lush paradise. Explore the historic English Bay and Nelson’s Dockyard, take in the views from Shirley Heights, and visit some local markets.
Take in the Antigua landscapes with a kayak tour of the mangroves, or a snorkelling trip to one of the many reefs. Sandals Grande Antigua is a perfect luxury resort from which to base yourself on your visit.
Jamaica
The thing about Jamaica is that there is so much to discover. From the vibrant South Coast, to the family-friendly Ocho Rios beaches, and the stunning scenery throughout the island – Jamaica has it all.
See the beauty of Dunn’s River, or relax at Montego Bay. Learn about rum production on the island, and the fascinating history of pirates in the area! Then relax at one of 5 Sandals Resorts on the island. The new 6th resort, Sandals Dunn’s River opens in May 2023 and adds to the fantastic Sandals offerings in Jamaica

St Kitts & Nevis
St Kitts is known as a cruise ship stop, but offers so much more! Leisurely golf games, a slick foodie culture, and exceptional resorts; combine with wilderness and wildlife – the best of both worlds
Life on Nevis is far slower, and it has a proper island vibe. Split your time between hiking and lazing at the cute beach bars. Take your time, nothing moves fast here on Nevis.
St Lucia
The dynamic landscapes of St Lucia are in vast contrast to other Caribbean islands. The dramatic pitons, dense rainforest, and volcanoes are a sight to behold. There are plenty of the usual beach resorts for all family types… including those further away from the main centers of Castries and Soufrière, where you might find a chilled out boutique getaway, with nothing but beach and rainforest around you.
Bahamas
While the swimming pigs of Exuma get all the press, there is so much more to discover in the Bahamas. Although we love the swimming pigs and iguanas too.
There are 700 islands to explore, each with a different feel. Eleuthera and Andros are two of our favorites because they are as interesting as they are different. Go island hopping and find your preferred slice of heaven in the Bahamas!
